FREEZING (JADE LCD example)

JADE LCD: FREEZING. Mixed air below the low-limit. Damper drives shut; mechanical cool may lock.

First check

1 Damper position vs command

On ICP PGC look at the economizer before the compressor. Commanded open? Blade actually open? Linkage off the shaft is a rooftop weekly. MAT vs a real probe. A failed MAT lying low is this, not a frozen DX coil.

Expect: Blade matches the module command. Stuck open = overventilation. Stuck closed = no free cooling.
