Cancel any time during your 1-day free trial and you will not be charged.
After you've been charged
Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current annual period, except where required by law. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for — we just won't renew it.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., charged after you canceled, or double-charged), email help@fieldbench.ai within 30 days and we'll investigate and refund confirmed errors in full.
How to cancel
From the Account page, click Cancel Subscription — takes effect immediately for future renewals, no phone call or email needed, consistent with California's “click to cancel” requirement.
